Access & Transfer Center Services
The Access Command Center consists of a team of CHS professionals, including critical care nurses, behavioral health clinicians, EMS, Transport and Telemedicine experts. Our team facilitates patient movement throughout the continuum of care to enhance patient flow.

Eligibility Screening Services (ESS)
ESS engages patients with compassion and expertise to discover available resources to help with medical expenses. Our services help the people in our communities to gain access to needed healthcare, reduce the burden of medical expenses, and establish a relationship of trust with their care providers.

Patient Account Services, Inc. (PASI)
PASI was established for the sole purpose of providing accounts receivable collection services for CHS owned and operated facilities. PASI provides various collection services including self-pay, insurance, workers compensation collections, physician collections and lien filing on liability accounts.

Payment Compliance and Contract Management (PCCM)
PCCM is part of Shared Services Center – Nashville and is responsible for the maximization and collection of reimbursement by identifying contractual variances between posted and expected reimbursement.

Physician Practice Support, Inc. (PPSI)
The PPSI Team and Athena work alongside the Clinic Leaders and staff with the common goal of creating a clean and efficient revenue cycle.

Shared Service Center - Fort Smith, AR
The Fort Smith SSC operates in support of our hospitals and patients and our commitment is to provide them with exemplary revenue cycle services defined by outstanding customer service and superior revenue cycle performance. We support facilities located primarily in Arizona, Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.

Shared Service Center - Nashville, TN
The Nashville SSC operates in support of our hospitals and patients and our commitment is to provide them with exemplary revenue cycle services defined by outstanding customer service and superior revenue cycle performance. We support facilities located primarily in Alabama, Texas and Tennessee.

Shared Service Center - Sarasota, FL
The Sarasota SSC operates in support of our hospitals and patients and our commitment is to provide them with exemplary revenue cycle services defined by outstanding customer service and superior revenue cycle performance. We support facilities located primarily in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.

Eligibility Screening Services Representative Onsite - East Georgia Regional Medical Center
The Eligibility Screening Services Representative serves as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service to ensure a positive customer experience. This entry-level role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of customer requests through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. The Representative works in a performance-driven environment, adhering to established service metrics and standards, while collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
