Northwest Health - Porter includes two hospital campuses as well as outpatient facilities serving Northwest Indiana. We endeavor to provide you and your family appropriate and safe care in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Northwest Health - Starke
Located in Knox, Indiana, Northwest Health - Starke is a community hospital committed to providing quality healthcare and patient experiences to residents of Starke County and surrounding communities. Northwest Health - Starke offers adult acute care, emergency services, surgical services, orthopedics, gastrointestinal services, diagnostic imaging and cardiovascular testing. Outpatient programs include wellness and rehabilitation.

Northwest Health - Michigan City
Northwest Health - Michigan City is a large outpatient medical center equipped to care for patients in need of urgent care, diagnostic imaging, lab testing and visits with specialists.
Lakeshore Surgicare
Northwest Health Lakeshore Surgicare is fully licensed by the Indiana State Department of Health as an ambulatory surgery center (ASC). We are dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive orthopedic, pain management, and podiatric services to patients of all ages. Our highly skilled and caring team of physicians, nurses, and staff promotes wellness in a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment. Our center awarded Medicare Certification and accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). This accreditation indicates to multiple professional medical organizations, State and Federal agencies that our facility provides nationally-recognized standards of healthcare for all our patients.
