Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville, accredited by The Joint Commission, is a 128-bed acute care facility offering cardiac care, including open-heart surgery and cardiac catheterization. The women's center features maternity care suites with home-like comfort in The Family Birth Place, and they were first in the state of Arkansas to introduce the newest low-intervention birthing options, including a suite with a Murphy bed and birthing tub as well as nitrous oxide as a pain relief option. The Orthopedic and Spine Center focuses on joint, muscle and bone injuries. The emergency department holds Chest Pain Center accreditation and is recognized by the Arkansas Department of Health as an Arkansas Stroke Ready Hospital.

From open-heart surgery and neurosurgery to a Chest Pain Center and behavioral health services, Northwest Medical Center - Springdale provides a range of services. Additionally, after an accident or critical illness, some patients need intensive therapy before they can leave the hospital. That's why we provide an acute-care inpatient rehabilitation unit.

In 2021, the Arkansas Institute for Performance Excellence awarded Northwest Health the highest-level, Governor’s Award for Performance Excellence. An award focused on continuous quality improvement and not presented every year, only 27 Arkansas organizations have received the highest-level award.

Siloam Springs Regional Hospital, accredited by The Joint Commission, is a 42-bed facility featuring all private rooms and offers inpatient and outpatient care; emergency medicine; and medical, surgical, and intensive care services. We believe in the power of people to create great care and we work hard every day to be a place of healing, caring, and connection for patients and families in the community we call home.

With the addition of 3D mammography and upright biopsy technology, our hospital can provide detection of breast tumors and abnormalities at the earliest possible stages. And our robotic-assisted total hip, knee and partial knee replacement uses real-time, patient-specific data to help orthopedic surgeons customize the placement of joint implants for our patients.

A 20-bed facility with five operating rooms and a special procedure room, the hospital has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Hospital Accreditation by demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards.

The staff has earned national recognition for its care. Most recently, the hospital was honored by The American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) which named PSH to its Emergency Quality Network (E-QUAL) 2019 Honor Roll. The hospital was recognized for improving outcomes for sepsis patients as well as for reducing opioid harm through safer prescribing and the implementation of evidence-based interventions. Only 19% of the nation’s participating hospitals earned recognition.

Willow Creek Women's Hospital, accredited by The Joint Commission, is a 64-bed full-service facility dedicated solely to women's health needs and was the 2023 Gold Winner for the “Best Place to Have a Baby” in the Best of Northwest Arkansas. For new mothers, Willow Creek offers everything from obstetrics to a Level IIIa neonatal intensive care unit and 24/7 maternal-fetal medicine for high-risk pregnancies. The hospital was first in the state of Arkansas to earn prestigious international recognition as a baby-friendly designated birth facility. In 2020, Willow Creek became the first hospital in the nation to earn VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) Center of Excellence status from the Maternal Safety Foundation. Willow Creek also has an OB/GYN emergency department solely focused on women's needs with board-certified OB/GYNs available 24/7.
