Job Description
May perform duties of chaplain, which includes counseling and visiting. Develops and provides services designed to meet the religious and/or spiritual needs of patients and their families and hospital employees. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management. Bachelor's degree and at least 7 -10 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
