- Leverages formal PI training to design, implement, and sustain standardized performance improvement processes.
- Ensures alignment with the organization's Strategic Planning and Performance framework.
- Develops, formalizes, and operationalizes service line metrics.
- Integrates key performance indicators into the official CHS Scorecard to drive transparency and accountability.
- Partners with clinical and operational leaders to advance high-reliability practices and improve clinical outcomes.
- Champions patient-centered care initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and experience.
- Supports the Vice President in providing strategic oversight of the Innovation Governance Councils for Clinical Ancillary Services.
- Evaluates, prioritizes, and implements innovative solutions that improve clinical and operational performance.
- Designs and manages communication strategies that ensure alignment between corporate leadership, facility teams, and frontline staff.
- Leads system-wide product and supply standardization initiatives across Wound Care, Dialysis, Respiratory Therapy, Sleep Centers, and Acute Inpatient Therapy.
- Drives cost stewardship and waste reduction while maintaining clinical excellence.
- Partners in reviewing, negotiating, and redlining vendor and service agreements to ensure operational value and compliance.
- Leads and facilitates cross-functional project integration in collaboration with the Vice President of Clinical Ancillary Services.
- Aligns initiatives to enhance patient, employee, and physician satisfaction and engagement.
- Fosters collaborative relationships across clinical, operational, and executive teams.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, administration, or related field required
- 8-10 years of acute care clinical experience required
- At least 5 years of acute care leadership preferred
- Experience in patient-centered outcomes, regulatory compliance, patient experience tactics, and operational and strategic growth required
- Experience or training with Performance Improvement processes and waste reduction programs preferred
- Deep knowledge of acute care clinical operations with the ability to translate strategy into measurable, system-wide performance outcomes.
- Advanced understanding of PI methodologies, regulatory standards, and high-reliability principles to drive quality, safety, and standardization.
- Strong capability in budgeting, cost optimization, contract oversight, and supply chain standardization to ensure fiscal stewardship.
- Ability to develop, analyze, and operationalize metrics and scorecards to improve clinical, operational, and patient experience outcomes.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, influencing without authority, and driving sustainable change across complex healthcare environments.
