We are dedicated to delivering technologically advanced medical attention in a respectful, caring environment. Our medical center is equipped with 149 patient rooms, all of which are private. Our health care team consists of more than 800 employees and more than 100 physicians representing a wide range of specialties.

Essential Functions
- Assists with day-to-day departmental tasks that may include administrative support, data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Supports department staff with specific projects or routine operations, such as preparing reports, updating databases, or creating presentations.
- Provides customer service and support to employees, students, or external stakeholders, depending on the department.
- Conducts research and gathers information for department projects or initiatives as assigned.
- Maintains confidentiality and ensures data accuracy while working with sensitive information.
- Participates in team meetings and contributes ideas for improving processes or enhancing department functions.
- Completes assigned tasks on time while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Prior experience is not required, but previous office or administrative experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
