Job Summary
The Manager, Cash Department is responsible for contributing to the success of the organization by overseeing the work of a team of professionals that supports Financial Operations.

The Manager, Cash Department is responsible for contributing to the success of the organization by overseeing the work of a team of professionals that supports Financial Operations.
Essential Functions
- Work Management: Overseeing the work of a team of financial professionals to assist them in meeting their goals and objectives.
- Reconciliations: Monitoring progress on AP and PR disbursement bank accounts weekly.
- Month End Close: Review that all bank statement reconciliations and cash transactions are complete at month end.
- Continuous Improvement: Assessing current processes and identifying improvements; testing and applying those in production.
- Communication and collaboration: Communicating with other teams and various sites to ensure all cash is properly recorded.
- Audit: Work with internal and external auditors to provide support and explanations for any selections related to cash management
- Integrations: Monitor daily integrations to ensure external source files and properly received in Oracle.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance or Related Field required
- Master's Degree Business Administration preferred
- 3-5 years Accounting/Finance work experience required
- 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
- Google suite
- Oracle Cloud
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong numeracy, IT and methodical skills
