Job Summary

The Manager, Cash Department is responsible for contributing to the success of the organization by overseeing the work of a team of professionals that supports Financial Operations.

Essential Functions
  • Work Management: Overseeing the work of a team of financial professionals to assist them in meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Reconciliations: Monitoring progress on AP and PR disbursement bank accounts weekly.
  • Month End Close: Review that all bank statement reconciliations and cash transactions are complete at month end.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assessing current processes and identifying improvements; testing and applying those in production.
  • Communication and collaboration: Communicating with other teams and various sites to ensure all cash is properly recorded.
  • Audit: Work with internal and external auditors to provide support and explanations for any selections related to cash management
  • Integrations: Monitor daily integrations to ensure external source files and properly received in Oracle.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance or Related Field required
  • Master's Degree Business Administration preferred
  • 3-5 years Accounting/Finance work experience required
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
