Job Summary 
Community Health Systems is hiring an EHR Change Coordinator Analyst to join our EHR Team. This role will help with managing the EHR changes, domain strategy, and SOX Audits. As an Analyst, you will consult on EHR changes, communication of changes, and work within processes and SOX Audits. You will identify, resolve and report status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership, coach on processes and missing components while tracking KPIs. You will also consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests. As a key member of the team, you will maintain relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives, coach and mentor associates and supporting internal team initiatives.

Essential Functions
- EHR Change Coordinator Analyst is responsible for evaluating, testing, auditing, and resolving Issues with with the EHR Team.
 - Resolves complex problems that may involve various groups across functional lines and exercises independent judgment in developing processes, techniques, and success factors.
 - Identify, resolve and report status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership.
 - Consult with internal project, Business Partners, and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests.
 - Stay up to date on industry and Cerner best practices for continuous modernization of the EHR.
 
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years direct application experience.
