Job Summary

The Hyland Analyst provides day-to-day support and basic administration of the Hyland platform within Community Health Systems (CHS) Enterprise Application Services. This role assists with system maintenance, user support, and process improvement to ensure consistent system performance and reliability. The analyst works closely with senior team members, business users, and vendors to support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain alignment with CHS IT standards and procedures.

Essential Functions
  • Provide daily user and system support for the Hyland platform, including basic configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution under guidance from senior staff.
  • Assist in monitoring system performance and executing routine maintenance, patches, and updates to ensure reliability and security.
  • Support the development and documentation of workflows, configurations, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and assist in implementing new features or process improvements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal support teams to report and track technical issues or enhancements.
  • Maintain user access, permissions, and system data integrity in accordance with CHS policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in testing and validation for upgrades, patches, and new deployments.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide basic training and support to end users to ensure effective and consistent use of the Hyland system.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Approximately 3 years of experience supporting Hyland or other enterprise content management systems.
  • Familiarity with workflow design, document management, and system administration.
  • Basic understanding of system integrations and data management concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting Hyland within a healthcare or multi-facility organization.
  • Exposure to ITIL or similar IT service management processes.
